Location: the hotel was close enough to the bus station and eating places and the main subway stations. There was café Old Town White Coffee, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue: D

We opted for a longer stopover on our way back home, so I booked this small, reasonable hotel near KL Sentral. The reception was bright, clean, fresh, and cool, giving a good first impression. The key card system for the lift and room felt modern and secure. Our room, while lacking a window, was spacious and well-furnished, with a dressing table, big TV. The bathroom was compact but practical, with good amenity kits provided. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and a mall with eateries and shops just steps away. it was the best budget hotel we stayed in during our time in Malaysia.
Would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the decoration at this hotel. The common areas were beautifully designed with elegant furniture and lovely artwork. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. , the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself. The elevators were conveniently located, and I didn't have to walk too far to reach my room or the dining area. It made navigating the hotel much easier and more comfortable.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the children working there. A little more patience and understanding towards older guests would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The modern key card system offered a great sense of security. Despite not having a window, the room was surprisingly spacious and had practical furnishings, unlike most budget hotels. The bathroom was compact but had all the necessary amenities. The location was jaw-dropping, with easy access to public transport and a mall with shops and eateries. The hotel's proximity to KL Sentral made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. And to top it off, the 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, lift. This was by far the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Malaysia!

The kids absolutely loved the vibrant and interactive game zone, where they could play their favorite video games and challenge each other to friendly competitions. The digital programming was a hit, with exciting movies and shows that kept the whole family entertained during our downtime. It was like having our own private cinema right in the hotel!
My children wanted more outdoor activities for kids, such as a playground or a swimming pool.
